Our first sleepover

Most of the girls in our troop are in 1st grade (1997), therefore our first sleepover was held close to home.  We went to a local church for the evening.  The girls played, learned to cook, do dishes and clean up after themselves.  We made star gazers, clay bead necklaces, paper mache' bracelets, iron-crayon transfer shirts and glove puppets.
