Thinking Day 2000

As part of our Thinking Day Celebration we did a shoebox exchange with Brownie Troop 433 from Simi Valley, California.  They contacted from the internet.  This was our first experience and it was really good.  We put together a "shoebox".  Ours contain a Swap (cookies), information about our troop, information about our state, photos of our troop, council patches, maps, and a letter from us.  Troop 433 sent us swaps (kites...really cool), map, newsletter, letters from girls, postcards, council patch, state and troop info and a troop photo. It was a really great experience.  Now that we have some new ideas we hope to do it again!!

Also For Thinking Day we celebrated with a golden link ceremony.  After the ceremony four of our new girls (pictured below) received their World Association pin.
